You have nice, warm water in Maui, if you’re into water sports. It’s great for snorkeling or scuba. Cabo’s water isn’t as warm or clear. But, it is a more expensive flight. There is more to do in Maui, with the volcano hikes and biking, Hana, snorkel and scuba cruises, dinner and sunset sailings, the aquarium the Whale Center, Lahaina, Io valley hiking, winery, and more.

Cabo! It’s romantic and the US dollar goes much further there. If you’re not thinking about money, you’ll have more fun. Also, Maui lovely, but they seem to be sick of tourists now. They’re warmer and more welcoming in Cabo! Have fun!!
