My HRA came with a Benny Card debit card, how does it work?
Some employers choose to offer the Benny Card Master Card® with the Coventry FlexChoice HRA program. If used the correct way, this card can simplify reimbursement from your HRA. When used, the card will automatically withdraw money from your HRA for qualified expenses, such as pharmacy copays. For services other than copayments, you should wait for your provider to submit a claim and bill you for the service. Once the provider submits a claim to your health plan, you and the provider will receive a statement identifying your member responsibility. This is the amount you should pay to the provider when you receive the bill.
