If your home is located in North Dakota and is your primary residence, but does not have a street address (or a 911 address) assigned to it, enter the same address you entered in the name and address area of Form ND-1 (or Form ND-2) or Form ND-3. This normally is the rural route (RR), highway contract route (HCR), or other address normally used for U.S. Postal Service purposes.
