My History record in the CIW Candidate Information Center says that my certificate has been “Created” and/or “Processed.” What does this mean?
This message means that your certificate has been queued for printing and mailing. Certificates are normally mailed one business week after they are printed, which gives you time to verify and confirm or change your mailing address. If you must change your address significantly, contact us using the Program Information Request form so we can redirect your certificate properly.
