• The Pennsylvania Department of Education has developed a program called Project 720, which includes state grant funding to support high school students enrolled in college classes (Dual Enrollment). School districts must submit an annual grant application and be approved for the funding by the state. School districts that have been approved may be able to offset some or all of the cost of enrolling in JumpStart classes at Penn State Beaver. Students are eligible to take advantage of both Penn State’s 50 percent grant-in-aid and the state dual enrollment grant funds. Students should consult their high school guidance counselor to see if their high participates in the state dual enrollment grant program.
