The ‘average’ cap size is accepted as the international ‘one-size-fits-all’ standard and measures 20″ around the head, 13.6″ from front to back and 13.2″ from ear to ear. The cap can be adjusted to a certain extent by tightening or loosening the straps located by the nape of each piece. If you have tightened the straps, don’t worry if you still do not have a snug fit and the cap feels a bit bumpy or baggy at the back it won’t be visible to the onlooker!
