After working through this problem with customers, we’ve determined that this is actually a problem with Flash Player version 9 or earlier. Upgrading to Flash 10 completely solves the problem, so for now, that’s our suggested solution. We’ve talked to a lot of people in the flash community, and this is a known problem.
