Our Bi-Xenon kits are designed to be installed in vehicles that are are positive switched. If your vehicle is positive switched and you are experiencing this problem you would need to re-pin the H4 connector that plugs into your vehicle’s OEM headlight harness. Some vehicles have the polarity of the low/high signal reversed meaning that you would need to re-pin our connector to work with your vehicle’s configuration.
