My group or guild wishes to form diplomatic relations with PaxLair. Who do I talk to?
Your first step is to talk to a council member. Propose your ideas and ask the council member to bring them up at a council meeting. You will most likely be invited to present your ideas at a council meeting. One of the council’s roles is to negotiate diplomatic situations between PaxLair and various groups and guilds. The council will then make a recommendation to the Mayor and the Mayor will make a final decision about the diplomatic relationship.
