My Gobble Green meals arrived cold, but not completely frozen. Can I still eat them?
A. Gobble Green meals contain no meat or dairy products, so as long as your food arrives refrigerated (below 40 degrees F), you may refrigerate or freeze your Gobble Green products and eat the meals at your convenience. If you freeze your delivered food upon receipt, your Gobble Green meals will maintain their taste quality and nutritional integrity for up to six months. Having said this, please use common sense when deciding whether or not to consume your Gobble Green meals. If your meals arrive and are warm to the touch, please do not consume them. Occasionally unforeseen shipping delays may result in detained meals which are then unsafe to consume. Gobble Green has the ability to track packages and, if a verifiable shipping delay does cause your products to be in transit too long, our company replaces the products damaged by exposure to heat or other elements.
