My gf has a little white bubble on her tonsils, what could that be?
Sometimes the tonsils get an accumulation of plaque in the recessed part of the tonsil. It will break off during a cough, hard sneeze or swallowing rough food. This is probably what you are describing. Better oral hygiene should prevent this from happening too frequently. If this is not what you are describing, my next guess would be an allergic blister. I get them all the time if I have too much sugar. It will be on the roof of my mouth near the back of my throat or on the side near a tonsil. It will pop easy and is just filled with clear liquid like saliva. They are about the size of a bee-bee or just a little smaller. If this sounds like what you are describing, it is an allergic reaction to something she is eating or drinking. An alergists should be more able to help you than a regular Dr.
