The ‘Read Me’ file lists information the textbook publisher’s support staff will need to know to help you most efficiently. Telephone support is available Monday through Friday from 7 am – 7 pm and Sunday from 4 – 11 pm; you will need to press 2 on your phone three times to access the proper help desk. The textbook publisher does not support CD’s that were purchased “used” or from an unapproved source, i.e., from a source other than one of the 3 local bookstores, IUB, Follett’s or TIS.
