My Funding Agreement needs to be signed by an ‘authorised person’. What is an ‘authorised person’?

0

An authorised person is the person who can sign the Funding Agreement on behalf of a school. Usually only certain office holders are legally empowered to sign a legal contract on behalf of a school. Schools are required to supply the name, title and contact details of an authorised person in their NSSP Application Form. Since applying, the listed authorised person may have changed at your school. If this is the case, the current authorised person from your school may sign the funding agreement; however, you should cross out and initial the change in the signature block of the funding agreement before returning it to the NSSP.
