Your friend’s dog could definitely be the oldest living dog in Scotland. The best way to check is to contact Guinness Book of World Records and they should be able to let you know, or tell you who to contact in your country to see if the Yorkie is the oldest dog in Scotland. I know that Guinness keeps a record of these things so they should be able to help you. It’s so wonderful that your friend’s dog has lived for so long.
