My freind has somthing “living” in his apartment.

Real true to life hauntings happen on rare occasions, but they do happen and it may be difficult to determine whether or not any strange phenomena you are experiencing in your home might be due to a haunting. See no one really knows what a true haunting is, what causes it, or why it starts up in the first place, There are theories, and people do research on it all the time. So, if you do think your house is haunted you maybe wondering what you can do about it.
First, there are different kinds of haunting and they all show a variety of phenomena. Some hauntings are a single phenomenon – such as a particular door slamming shut that occurs repeatedly, while others consist of many different phenomena, ranging from odd noises to full bodied apparitions.
First, make notes of the strange things going on in the house. Many people feel that negative energy around them is a ghost, but this is not necessarily true, it could be due to things rising from your own life. But don’t be too quick to dismiss negative feelings without checking it all out first.
Pay attention to how others act in your house, are they uncomfortable?, do they feel like something is watching them? If you and your guest feel the same way, you need to continue looking into noting more activity.
Pets and children are more sensitive to these types of things, so pay attention to your animals or if you have small children.
Pay attention to “cold spots” in the house, ghost draw the energy from a space and that space gets cold.
Pay attention to the shadows you see out of the corner of your eye. The shadows will probably be similar in form to a human, but sometimes they can be smaller and hard to distinguish.
Set up your own investigation, take pictures, set up videos while you are gone or through the night while you are asleep. Go over all the pictures, video and any sound equipment you may have used.
If after everything you have tried and you cannot come up with a good conclusion to the activity in your home, call in a respectable Paranormal team to investigate.
