My frame has changed language to Chinese – help!?

Our 10WB,12WB and 15WB can easily be changed from Chinese back to English by following these simple steps; • Press the menu button on the remote. • From left to right chose the 3rd icon on the second row (setup), press ENTER • Next screen press the RIGHT arrow button (language writing should be hi-lighted) • Press the DOWN arrow to chose the second word, then press the ENTER button. • The frame should be back to English.
