Flow rate problems can be caused by blockage in the valve. Here is one trouble-shooting technique:1. Unscrew the burner head and separate from valve. 2. Take out valve. 3. Unscrew Jet (using hexagon in baseplate). 4. Pull out the small cotton piece. 5. Gently blow on jet to remove any dirt that could be in it. 6. Tear cotton piece in half. 7. Roll it back up and insert it gently back into the jet. 8. Re-assemble stove.
