Okay first off never look down. Keep your arms in a “V” shape in front of you. If you feel like you’re going to fall don’t try and stop it. You’ll only going to get hurt more in the end. Bend your knees when you try to stroke. To stroke push the inner blade of your skate into the ice. Don’t ever push with the toe pick. Stopping is hard to explain. You just kind of have to visually learn it. Okay I think you have the basics =]] good luck!!
