A. No. The CPE report form must be completed showing completion of the required hours. If your computer software exactly reproduces our form, we will accept it. As of 1/1/07 the completed CPE reporting form should be maintained by the licensee and not sent to the Board with your renewal. If audited you must provide your completed CPE form and substantiating documents. All documentation must be maintained for 5 years.
