My Fire (homeowners) policy premium is billed to my mortgagee (bank), how do I submit a coverage offer selection and/or make a payment?
When your policy premium is billed to your mortgagee you will also receive an annual policy Renewal notice (bill). Your bill may include a Renewal Coverage Offer. You may accept this offer and remit payment required for the Offer using EBPP. Simply follow the regular payment process. When your regular premium is billed to your mortgagee, the amount due on your billing notice is only the additional amount related to accepting the Renewal Coverage Offer. If you need to remit additional payments on your policy please contact your State Farm agent or send via US Postal Services. If I decline an Offer why is the billing notice still displaying on my Pay Online page? If you decline a Renewal Coverage Offer and no payment is due the offer remains available online for your convenience if you would like to accept it at a later date. The Offer will be available online for several days past the Due Date of the billing notice. How will I know State Farm recorded my offer selection and/or received
