Unfortunately, you cannot share a saving card across multiple Cellfire accounts.

Yes, multiple people can add a grocery card to their individual accounts. Coupons saved by a family member using the same card will appear in your Saved Offers. Be sure to coordinate when coupons are redeemed because they can only be redeemed once.
