My facility has less than 30 beds. How can it participate in the P4P program?
Smaller facilities with less than 30 residents can participate in the program by fully completing and returning the 2009 Facility Process Survey. The denominator threshold for the clinical measures is based on having 30 assessments in the given time period for the measure. It is possible to have 30 assessments in some of the measures even if there are only 30 licensed beds.
