My face and ears got “hot” and red…so did other places on my body. Whats going on?
You are experiencing a niacin flush. It feels strange, but is nothing to be alarmed about. It happens sometimes when you cleanse…it will go away. It may be from the toxins you are releasing. When this happens, be sure you’re getting plenty of water, and do not take your accelerator capsule at the same time as your Cleanse drink. You may notice the affects for a day or two.
