First, try to reduce the size of the BCA project. You can do this by removing any duplicated attachments (you only need to attach documentation in one place—reference the file name in the other relevant Justification fields). You may also be able to reduce the size of the graphic files you are attaching by using a different format or resolution, or by taking screen shots of the relevant portions of large graphic files instead of attaching the whole file, where appropriate. Another option is to remove large attached files and just refer to them in the justification field. The documentation support files may be included separately with the BCA subapplication package.
