My Evrite Software refuses to start or is crashing, what should I do?

There are several methods of repairing the installation, they should be tried in this order. a. Rebuild the data files using the ‘Update data structures’ in ESP. b. Copy in the last ‘good’ version of the data from back-up c. Repair the program files using the ESP disk or an Upgrade downloaded from the Evrite website. d. Remove the ESP software and re-install from the ESP disc or a new installation download from the Evrite website. To repair the software insert the Evrite CD in the drive and select ‘Evrite Software Upgrade’ when the Installation Menu appears and follow the instructions If you still experience problem please contact Evrite Software for assistance.
