My Ethernet card is not showing any activity lights even after I connect the CAT-5 cable, and I am unable to get the HDR on my computer network. What could be the problem?
Your HDR is probably not configured correctly. See HDR FTP section in the Technical Reference manual. Also try moving the network card to a different card slot on the CPU mother board. This may disturb your MIDI card (see MIDI Card). Note: Your network card might be faulty. Also, contact Mackie Parts. Parts availability limited to stock on hand.
