My Emperor Lite dongle appears to install properly and lights up but it says License key not present on the splash screen. What do I do?
If Emperor Lite is started with a working dongle it will display “License key present” then after a few seconds it will go to the Master/Operator Login screen. Check if the driver appears under the USB section of Device Manager. If it doesn’t then there has been a problem with installing the driver. If this is ok there is a problem with the dongle. Try the dongle in a different USB port and if possible check on another PC. If the dongle is found to be faulty please contact your Mecmesin agent to get it replaced.
