My email message was received fine, but the letterhead portion arrived in an attachment, why?

The receiver does not have an HTML enabled email client. They have older email software that won’t show graphics other than as an attachment) OR the receiver has their HTML switched off. Either way the letterhead portion of your message will show up as an attachment.
