(A) The ELO touchscreen may not function correctly if the ridges around the touchscreen are dirty. You may need to remove the hood and bezel of the XL game. There you may find ridges going around the screen. The normal operation of the Green LED should be flashing. When you touch the screen, the green LED should stay solid until your hand is removed, then start flashing again. Also, clean the touchscreen with a soft cloth and denatured alcohol or water. (Q) I have a Megatouch, Model G20-100-001. Upon a power failure, the game shows “TOUCHSCREEN FAILURE” when it comes back on. If you turn the power off for 5 minutes, it will come back on.
