My electric scooter stops working when I go up a steep hill and then starts again on flat ground. Whats going on?
The circuit breaker may be tripping and shutting the power off. The breaker is an important safety feature to prevent the motor from overloading. Electric scooters do not have unlimited power to go up steep hills or to pull riders heavier than the rated limit. When overload conditions occur, the breaker will automatically trip to prevent permanent damage.
