Once you enroll in Passfaces, you no longer need the features of the eBranch image and phrase. Passfaces contains those features and much more. Go ahead and sign on to eBranch using your eBranch sign-on ID, password and Passfaces. Passfaces is considered bi-directional authentication. It authenticates RCU to you, because you can see your Passfaces in the images presented to you. In addition to your sign-on ID and password, the correct selection of your Passfaces further authenticates you to RCU.
