My Earthlink account has stopped working. Is there a fix for this problem?

A. Earthlink has apparently made a little change. It seems that they now require that you put the full email address in the login slot. To remedy this problem, please go to the box of the individual ePrompter account, click “options” and then click “setup” which will take you to the “Account Options” box. In the lower right hand corner you will see the “Login Name” box – please enter your full email address in the box, and click on “Done”. And you should not have to do anything with the SMTP, because the ePrompter generic SMTP will work with this set up. Do an update and hopefully that will get you up and running. Additionally, please note that there have been several complaints this month about Earthlink not working with ePrompter – in at least two cases this had to do with Earthlink “Total Access” package’s spyware blocker which was locking out ePrompter.
