My Dymo printer isn printing in Endicia for Mac or the DYMO application. What could be wrong?
In the initial installation of the DYMO software, the USB cable has to be directly connected to the computer and not running thru a hub. If it was not, deinstall the software. Then connect the label writer directly to the computer and install the DYMO software. If you run it through a USB hub on the initial installation, the drivers do not install correctly. Once the initial installation is done, you’ll have the option to switch it over to a hub.
