My door travels all the way to the floor then reverses and returns to full open, what is the problem?
Verify that no object is under the door, such as a screw driver or stone. If the door way is clear decrease close travel by turning the close travel adjustment screw located on the underside of the operator counterclockwise. turn equals 1 inch of door travel. If necessary, increase down force by rotating the small white knob located on the right side of the operator clockwise approximately 30 degrees at a time.
