My door does not open all the way and the light flashes after it stops, what is the problem?
The problem is most likely insufficient opening force. For operators with a yellow antenna wire press and release the program switch three times. The operator program status indicator located on the left side of the operator will give a series of flashes, pause and repeat the flash sequence. One flash is the lowest setting, 5 flashes is the highest opening force setting. Press and release the learned button on the remote once, the operator will revert to the lowest setting and the program status indicator will flash once, pause and repeat itself. Press and release the learned button of the remote a second time and the opening force increases one more step. The factory default setting is mid point, three flashes of the program status indicator and is generally sufficient for any door. One you have completed increasing the opening force press and release the program switch once, this will lock in the new setting.
