My domain is using AnteSpam, but ALL the junk email still gets through. Can anything be done?
There are two possible causes: • Your domain DNS has not yet been changed. Contact your AnteSpam provider to confirm the changes to your domain’s DNS zone file have been completed and checked. Please have them confirm that ALL the MX (mail) records have been changed to point to antespam.com. If any MX records still point to your domain email server and not antespam.com, then that email will not be seen by AnteSpam and will not be filtered. • Your sideline threshold is set too high (way too high if most of the spam is getting through). You can adjust the sideline threshold for your domain to make AnteSpam catch more junk mail. Try using small adjustments to try to avoid catching good email. Only you can decide on the best threshold for your domain. Just log in to AnteSpam at http://www.antespam.com/ and adjust your sideline threshold DOWN to catch and sideline more junk email.
