My dog has never boarded at Abigold. What must I do?
In order to hold a reservation, new clients must provide a valid Visa or MasterCard account number, expiration date, and security code, OR new clients must prepay by cash or personal check for 1 night of boarding PER DOG. The prepayment is as follows: 1 dog = $26.00 plus tax, 2 dogs = $51.00 plus tax, and 3 dogs = $75.00 plus tax. Prepayment must be paid at the new client visit or the reservation will not be held. If the reservation is requested far in advance, and the new client chooses to schedule the new client visit closer to the boarding dates, the credit card information must be given to Abigold at the time of the request or a check for the appropriate amount must be mailed to Abigold immediately. Reservations are not held until payment is received, so even if the reservation is made months in advance, it will not be HELD for the client until payment is received.
