Your doctor will need to review your medical history, monitor your electrolytes and perform LFT’s at 3 months and annually. He or she may also perform other tests depending on your specific health conditions. Generally, your doctor can prescribe Estradiol 2mg 2-3 po q day, along with Spironolactone 100-200mg po q day BID (divided dosing).
