My DND/Blitzmail password works in Blitzmail but not in Kiewit AD. What should I do?
First make sure you are using the right password and that the system you are using is working properly (try another or have someone else authenticate to the one you are using). If that doesn’t work, then try changing your DND/Blitzmail password (using the Blitzmail client). This will force the new password to synchronize from DND to Kiewit AD and should ensure that it is properly synchronized in both systems. Try using the new password (you may have to wait 10 – 30 minutes for the synchronization to complete). If this doesn’t work, please let us know so we can help.
