My DiskGO MP3 + Flash Drive is corrupting data that I store on it. Is there something wrong with it?

Attempt to format it using a PC or a Mac. You can also run hard disk maintenance (such as Scandisk on PC’s) on your DiskGO to solve corruption problems. Our DiskGO uses Flash technology; such components are very sensitive to power. A power loss or surge while the drive is being accessed can corrupt the drive’s flash chips. Formatting usually corrects these errors and allows normal use of the drive. Be sure to follow the correct “safe removal procedures” appropriate to your machine.
