“Transmitter disabled by the Network Operations Center (Tx code 1)”, is displayed whenever the NOC disables your site for any reason. This typically means your site is in violation of the Virus Policy. Tx code 1 is also sometimes displayed when a site’s service is terminated. Please clear your network of viruses, then contact technical support.
