My direct debit is going to come from someone elses account can I set up their direct debit?
No a direct debit can only be set up by the account holder/s. The person who is paying for you will have to go onto our website and complete the direct debit form themselves. If they do not have access to the internet they can complete a paper version of the form, these can be collected from the Accommodation Office.
