A. Some dental benefits do not reimburse at current fee guide (e.g. 2007 fee guide or later). All of our fees are billed at current fee guide. All or most insurance benefit plans have yearly maximums. The majority of our treatment plans exceed yearly maximums due to the nature of the services we provide.
