A. Yes! Penn State Altoona has cadre assigned full time to the campus. We instruct all levels of the program. Upperclassmen serve in company level leadership roles – planning, preparing, executing and assessing all the training done during the leadership labs and physical training sessions for the Altoona Cadets.
