However, for non-emergency warranty repairs (the vehicle is drivable and does not pose a driving hazard), it is recommended that customers take their vehicle to a dealership that currently sells and services their brand. If you own a Pontiac or Saturn vehicle, you can take your vehicle to any Chevrolet, Buick, GMC or Cadillac dealer for service. For SAAB vehicles, visit the Dealer Locator tool on this page or contact the Customer Communication Centre at 1-800-GM-DRIVE to locate your closest Dealership authorized to perform service on SAAB vehicles. If the customer believes that the issue they are facing creates an emergency, they can take their vehicle to any GM Dealership for warranty repairs. In these cases, the Dealership must determine if they have the training and tools necessary to perform a warranty repair on another make vehicle.
