My Dawrf Hamsters Keep Having Babies, What Do I Do?
It’s really important that you seperate the mother and father. DO NOT TOUCH ANY OF THE BABIES OR THE MOTHER WILL EAT THEM. You must seperate the hamester babies into different sex cages (male in one, female in the other) after 3-4 weeks or the babies will start re-predusing more babies but don’t toutch them before that. After that, you can handle them but pick up the mother first so as to get her scent on your hands. From 5-6 weeks old, the babies will be needed to each be put in a different cage or they will start fighting. GOOD LUCK!!!!!
