• Not as service. The intent of dancing school (and other schools) is personal development. You may count all dancing school hours toward the R20;personal developmentR21; requirement for the Congressional Award. If you are an unpaid instructor, and do not pay to attend classes, but serve as a youth mentor, you may count these hours with proper documentation.
