My customers are being charged extra shipping when they pay via Paypal. Whats going on?

You probably have Paypal set to add shipping to your orders. To turn it off, log in to Paypal, go into your “profile” page, then click on “shipping settings”, and set all shipping amounts to $0 in the shipping increment table.
