My customer bought CMS or SMS, where are their Dell licenses?
Customers that buy CMS or SMS will not receive the Dell Specific product licenses in their license fulfillment email. To get the Dell specific product licenses, they should email licensing@altiris.com to receive the licenses. Also, existing CMS or SMS customers, with current AUP can also request the Dell specific licenses via licensing@altiris.com. Existing customers can download the products from within the Solution Center of the Altiris Notification Server Console. New customer obtain products at: http://www.altiris.com/download.
