No. We cannot accept exams that are proctored by an individual who has not gone through the application and approval process. The individual must fill out a proctor application and submit it before administering the exam. At http://online.rit.edu/exams, there is a link where you can download a PDF file with instructions and an application to secure an off-campus proctor.
